I’m not really making any resolutions this year, because I think things are going pretty well, and that everything will most likely fall into place.

The other day, however, I was discussing with Clem how I often feel crappy for not commenting on enough blogs. I get quite a few comments here (when I am interesting), but I feel as if it’s not really flowing both ways. A lot of this is due to my incredibly busy schedule, of course. But I love this community, and so I really should try and pull my weight if I want to keep being in it (which I do!). But how does one keep track of such things and be sure they’re keeping to their goal?

Well, I looked around for something that would do it automatically, but the one thing I did find that sort of worked didn’t log comments from CMSes such as Textpattern and Habari (which some of you use), and lagged my browser, a bit.

Since I am a Twitter fangirl, I decided just to create a new Twitter account and use a Twitlet. Whenever I comment, I will click it and write “Commented on #this” (the hashtag inserts a shortened URL), and it will be tweeted! I could also add an extra note, or whatever… I’m sure you all get the idea.

Anyway, my Twitter for this is @aisysays. Some people have already started following it, which is cool, but I don’t plan on following anyone on that account unless they’re participating in a similar thing (that way I could find EVEN MORE blogs to comment on, which would be sweet and help further my cause!). So, if you create a new account and do something similar, please let me know. It could be kind of cool! :D
