Welcome to the Media section! This is where you can find different hobbies and projects that interest me, including: writing, film, photos, food and the Internet.
Art and Photo- Here you will find 1) various doodles and drawings (hand drawn, or otherwise) and 2) photography. I’m constantly scribbling little drawings and whatnot in the margins of my notebooks. I’m slowly starting to learn to draw digitally. You can track my progress here. Another new hobby includes Photography. My photos are either taken with my Nikon Coolpix S550, or more commonly, with my Canon EOS Rebel XS. I especially hope to expand on this discipline.
Articles- This is really more of a spotlight for my favourite blog entries over the years. They’ve all been chosen for different reasons. Some are funny, some are informative, some are reader favourites, etc. Please, feel free to comment on them, even if they are a bit old. If you would like to see one of my entries featured in this section, please let me know via the Suggestion Box. Ditto if there’s a topic you would like to learn my opinion about! I’m always looking for new, interesting things to write about.
Film- For three years of high school, I took Broadcasting. In this class, we worked with cameras to create films and such. It continues to be one of my top favourite activities to this day, although I don’t have a lot of time to take on as many projects as I would like. Currently, you may view 2 films: one that documents one of the most influential periods in my life, and the other a silly joke that might let you know more about me!
Recipes- I’ve been a big fan of food for my whole life, and a big fan of cooking for… well, less than that. But, I’m finally getting into the swing of things, and I’d like to share some recipes with you! These recipes, which range from snacks to full blown meals and beyond, are delicious and yet incredibly easy to make. You can impress your friends and family without burning your house down! And that’s pretty much all anyone ever needs! (I am not responsible for dishes. Ew, dishes.)
Techie Stuff- This section features– or will feature, in some cases, since it is a rather new section– Internet and computer-related goodies for you! There are 2 fonts available for free download: ScribbleLing, which is based loosely on the hand writing of yours truly, and MonstreType for those fans of M. Monstre out there. There is also one free, classic theme for download. More goodies on the way! Once again, suggestions are welcomed.
