Every summer I become incredibly optimistic that because it is a few degrees warmer, I will magically have time to read more often (I also vow to walk to more places and only eat fresh fruit, among other things). This doesn’t happen very often. I can be rather distracting to others. Some would even go as far to say that I am a “vortex of distraction.” Well, if you think that’s bad for others, you should try being me… SO MUCH more distracting!

There seems to be a problem in my class, and it’s not getting better. In fact, it may be getting worse. It involves an identity crisis between the following people: Ling (me), Kaitlin, and my friend I affectionately call Asian (her actual name is Kaman, and she comments here under the name Krazy).

Dear Whomever It May Concern:
Okay, so, sometimes I say things I don’t necessarily mean. And then those things proceed to bother me to no end forever and ever and ever until I explode.
So! The semester is wrapping up and therefore we have tonnes of projects, but less instructional stuff to do. Today, I woke up at 5am, all grumpy from a late-ish evening on Thursday, and I was not too impressed with the ever so long bus ride to school.
